• Financial model walkthroughs and revisions
• Fractional CFO services (monthly reporting, cash planning, KPI reviews)

Important: Forge95 provides financial modeling and consulting services. We do not provide investment advice, securities trading, or loan brokering services. All financial models and forecasts are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice.

3. Use of Services

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services.

• All deliverables are provided "as-is" and are fully unlocked (you own the files)
• One revision is included in standard packages; additional revisions may incur fees

5. Intellectual Property

5.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you own the financial models and deliverables we create for you. You may use, modify, and distribute them as you see fit.

6. Confidentiality

• Sign NDAs when requested

7. Payment Terms
